Founded 3 September 2020. Five years on: launched platform, EU labels via EuroQuity (Bpifrance), EIC Service Partner, memberships in NDCC and DSG, and a growing European footprint.
🎂 Intermediary AS turns 5 today! The company was founded on 3 September 2020 — and five years on, we stand with a European footprint we hardly dared dream of at the start.
Five years, five milestones
- 2020 — Founded in the middle of the pandemic with a vision to unite European entrepreneurial ecosystems through automated company registration.
- 2023 — Launch of registercompany.no, patentability review with the Norwegian Patent Office, trademark in process, Zenodo/CERN publication with a permanent DOI, and press coverage from DSG.
- 2024 — Industrialisation of the platform, deeper AML/KYC integration, QES signing and scaling of the customer portfolio.
- 2025 — European visibility: listed on EuroQuity (Bpifrance), InvestEU Portal and EIC Partner labels, registration with the European Innovation Council, and consistently strong customer feedback.
- Built for what comes next: Made in Norway certification, NDCC and DSG memberships, Innovation Norway / EEN promotion — all heading into 2026.
